Part of SIAL Group, the world’s largest network of professional food events, SIAL Middle East 2012 will be at least two halls larger than the 2011 edition, and will see for the first time a dedicated focus for the bakery, seafood and grocery sectors.

Hosting an international exhibition including 20 national pavilions, SIAL Middle east 2012 will also incorporate a full programme of conference sessions, La Cuisine by SIAL culinary competition, Innovations Observatory, SIAL Innovations Awards, Bakery competition and the SIAL Purchasers club which annually brings together 500 of the regions’ top F&B buyers.
