The Oman International Food Safety Conference, now on its third year, is the only dedicated food safety event in the Sultanate. From the year it was inaugurated, the conference has covered a variety of issues that pertain to food safety from regulatory to scientific and technical topics. The annual conference supported by various government entities serves as a platform to facilitate dialogue and cooperation between concerned government agencies and the food industry. It brings regional and international experts together to share their expertise, best practices, latest trends, innovative solutions and solve the challenges associated to food safety.

This year, we are more than delighted to present the 3rd edition of the conference, which will present a wider range of topics and panel discussions such as the latest updates on regulatory changes, developments in Oman’s food safety programmes, scientific and technical presentations, international policy implementations, strategic implementation and management of food safety programs and initiatives, food borne illnesses and outbreaks and technology solutions to food safety.
