HOFEX – 2013’s largest food and hospitality tradeshow in Asia-Pacific region will return to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 7 – 10 May 2013. This year HOFEX will showcase 1,900+ international suppliers and distributors of food, beverages, foodservice equipment, hospitality design and technology etc. Stepping into its 15^th edition, the show will further expand to Hall 5 and occupy 13 halls on 3 levels of HKCEC, which contributes its exhibition size to over 60,000m².

Apart from showcase Food & Drink and Equipment & Supplies, HOFEX features various specialised sectors cater for different buyer’s preferences, such as AHTEC @ HOFEX – Hospitality Technology Zone, Bean2Cup @ HOFEX – Speciality Coffee Exhibition, Wine Square @ HOFEX and Hospitality Design. There will also be a variety of intriguing events held in corresponding sectors for exhibitors and visitors to mingle and exchange ideas, such as Hong Kong International Culinary Classic, International Wine Challenge, Grand Barista Challenge, AHTEC Hospitality Technology Conference and many more.
