Seoul Food was established in 1983 and became the third- largest food industry exhibition in Asia.

With a 32-year history, Seoul Food hosted 1,336 qualified exhibitors and more than 52,000 visitors from 45 countries in 2014.

Seoul Food 2014 attracted 52,800 visitors, which represents an increase of 1.58% in comparison to the figures for 2013. A further increase, to over 60,000 visitors, is expected in the year to come. SEOUL FOOD 2014 venue was filled overseas and domestic buyers from total 45,101 buyers(foreign buyers were 3,274 and domestic buyers were 45,101). Seoul Food is internationally recognized as one of the Asia’s leading brand for food exhibitions. In 2013, 54.55% of the exhibitors were based in the Korea where as 45.45% of exhibitors came from 45 different countries around the world. With a total of 1,336 exhibitors, Seoul Food grew about 10.41% from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, we are expecting 1,500 exhibitors as it continues its growth trend.
