Every year at BIOFACH, the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food, the industry presents a comprehensive and global range of certified products.
The spectrum includes everything from fresh products such as cheese and other dairy products to fruit, vegetables and dry products like grain, pulses, nuts and confectionery to beverages. The highlights of the 2016 edition will be the OLIVE OIL, VEGAN and WINE Worlds of Experience and cook + talk, the get-together for professional chefs! Here, informative components such as presentations and cooking shows will teach professionals how to present organic wines, olive oils and vegan products harmoniously and successfully in the catering industry. Also
a must: the 10th anniversary of VIVANESS, the International Trade Fair for Natural Personal Care.
